NorthSort does three things: we clean up spreadsheets, turn PDFs into Excel, and set up AI for teams. Each service has a fixed price, and each delivery comes with proof of what was done.
Who is behind it
NorthSort is a Canadian company. Its founder has over 15 years in business and construction management, and built the estimating and job-costing systems those businesses ran on. The founder is also a software developer who has started several software companies. So we know what a messy spreadsheet or a wrong invoice costs, what it takes to fix them, and how to weigh the benefits of AI against its risks.

AI-assisted, human-verified
We use AI to work fast, and we say so. Speed is only worth having if the result is right. So we check the numbers against your original files, and an experienced professional reviews every delivery.
The change log is the proof. It shows what we changed and how many times, so you never have to take our word for it.
How we work
Fixed price
We agree the price with you before any work starts.
Nothing is guessed
When something in your data could mean two different things, we keep what your file says and send you a short list of questions. The price includes one round of your answers: you answer our questions once, and we update the files at no extra charge.
Your files stay yours
We use your files only for your job, and we delete them within 30 days of your approval of the delivery. We do not take files with government ID numbers, full card numbers, health records or passwords.
Revisions until it matches
If the delivery does not match what we agreed, we fix it.
Where we are
We are in Canada, on Eastern time. We work remotely, mostly with clients in Canada and the United States, and we are glad to hear from clients elsewhere. Our samples include invoices in French and English, and exports that use decimal commas.
